This site only makes sense if it solves the exact headache people have elsewhere: a tiny free quota followed by an immediate paywall. That is why the free positioning is the product.
If premium arrives later
Charge for extra workflows, not for basic dignity.
- If paid features appear later, they should be for advanced automation or team workflows
- The free core should remain useful on its own
- No surprise quality downgrade to force upgrades
